Position: Receptionist (Part-Time)
About: The City of Azusa is seeking a Receptionist to work under supervision, focusing on providing prompt and courteous customer service by managing the City Hall front desk and operating the City’s phone switchboard. The role involves greeting visitors and callers, providing information, and performing routine office support functions.
Requirements: Education and/or Experience: Graduation from high school or equivalent, including or supplemented by courses in typing and office practices. Knowledge of modern office practices, methods, and equipment including computers and phone systems. Ability to interact effectively with the public, operate a telephone switchboard and office computer, and perform mathematical calculations accurately. Experience in dealing with the public and performing routine clerical tasks preferred. Special Requirements: Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Class C California driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
