Position: Receptionist – On Call
About: Awaken Las Vegas is looking for an On-Call Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist role is a vital part of the daily operations of the Administrative Department and is the face and voice of Awaken Las Vegas. You will welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the phone, as well as answering or referring inquiries. We are looking for a person with creativity who can work in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is detail oriented. Awaken Las Vegas is a community of Jesus followers that Worship God, Grow as disciples, and Reach Las Vegas and the world with the gospel. Requirements: Experience: 1 Year Customer Service or Receptionist experience preferred; Exceptional customer service competencies with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality appropriate for the church environment; Ability to make decisions independently in accordance with established policies; Strong organizational and communications skills; Sound knowledge of office and business procedures; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, and Word. Education: A High School diploma is required.
