Position: Receptionist/Office Services Specialist
About: Fisher Phillips, an award-winning international employment and labor law firm, is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Office Services Specialist to support the firm. The firm’s expertise allows them to provide efficient and practical solutions to today’s labor and employment law challenges.
Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma required (college degree preferred, but not required); minimum of five years of experience as a receptionist required; experience with iManage or other comparable document management system, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Concur, and Excel; exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to lift at least 50 lbs; ability to work under pressure and balance multiple priorities
