About: This position is for a Receptionist in the Office Services Department. The individual will be responsible for providing support to Reception and related Facilities functions. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, possess superior communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Requirements: Associate degree required or equivalent work experience; Minimum 2 years related professional experience interacting with executive and senior management; Business professional attire is required; Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outstanding verbal and written communications skills; High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality; Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work independently and within a team; Excellent organization, decision-making, and problem-solving skills; Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and working conditions
