Position: Receptionist job
About: Closet Factory Colorado, a local, family-owned and operated business in Parker, Colorado, is seeking a dynamic Receptionist/Lead Setter to join their Customer Service Team. The role involves serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, scheduling appointments, providing showroom tours, assisting clients, maintaining the showroom and reception area, managing calls and mail, and offering administrative support as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; familiarity with phone systems and office etiquette; previous experience with Microsoft Office software and Google Drive preferred; Salesforce experience a plus; experience in the design or construction industry a plus
Benefits: Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, One Saturday a month from 9 am-3 pm, Pay range of $18-$22 per hour DOE, Health insurance, 401(k), Paid holidays
