About: Arch Amenities Group, the world’s leading spa, fitness, and leisure firm, is seeking a Spa Receptionist to join their team in beautiful South Beach. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for greeting guests and members, showcasing strong knowledge of the facility’s services, and fostering positive relationships with clients.
Requirements: High school diploma but college degree preferred; customer service experience; previous experience handling money; excellent communication, customer service skills, and work ethic; efficient, well-organized, and capable of multitasking; professional demeanor, discretion, and appearance; excellent verbal and written communication skills; energetic, enthusiastic, and a team player; proficient in computer skills and office equipment; ability to lift 25 lbs; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; availability to stand for long periods of time; physically able to stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, walk, and talk; the employee must use hands to operate objects and reach with hands and arms.
