Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred; Previous reception and/or Customer Service experience required; Receptionist or switchboard experience; Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Excellent telephone etiquette; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Able to perform multiple tasks quickly; Positive, friendly and respectful attitude; Calm, courteous, and professional demeanor; Able to take initiative and follow through on assignments; Organized and detail-oriented
