About: Boston IVF, managed by RMA, is seeking a Full-Time Patient Services Coordinator to join their growing team in the Quincy, MA office. The Patient Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining patient satisfaction by managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth flow of patients through their appointments. They work closely with a multidisciplinary team to uphold a positive image of the practice to patients and the public. This role may involve occasional weekend shifts at the Waltham location.
Requirements: High school diploma (GED) required; Associate degree preferred. Minimum 1 year experience as a medical office receptionist; Minimum 3 years of customer service experience; Excellent computer skills; Strong listening and communication skills; Exceptional interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and make sound judgments; Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment; Availability for weekend and overtime shifts; Willingness to rotate to satellite offices as needed.
