Position: Receptionist job
About: Under general direction, performs Corporate Receptionist functions. Position is a critical component of customer satisfaction and service, with a priority on answering all incoming internal/external calls promptly and in a friendly manner.
Requirements: High school graduate with formal college coursework preferred; excellent customer service skills with 2 years of customer service and/or administrative support experience; ability to perform basic accounting and human resource functions; strong initiative and self-starter with planning and organization skills; strong work ethics in timeliness and attendance; good verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction; intermediate use of Microsoft Office tools; ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment; adheres to a classic clean look in a traditional work environment.
