About: The Haven & The Laurels at Stone Oak is a beautiful community in San Antonio, TX, offering assisted living and Alzheimer’s care. They are currently seeking a Resident Services Associate – Receptionist to enhance the living experience for senior residents by providing exceptional concierge and reception services.
Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; Must pass State and Company criminal background/drug screens; High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience in a concierge, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
