About: A busy office is seeking a Receptionist to efficiently manage the front desk and perform various administrative duties. The ideal candidate must excel in calendaring, possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling challenging situations in a professional manner while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in calendaring, preferably managing multiple calendars; excellent verbal, writing, and proofreading skills; ability to stay informed about office activities; strong attention to detail; proactive with the ability to anticipate disruptions; efficient problem-solving skills; tech-savvy; self-motivated
