About: Sterling Automotive Group, a successful family-owned and operated business serving Acadiana, is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join their dealership team as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements: At least two or more years of experience working in a customer service-based role; A team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service; Strong communication skills, including verbal and non-verbal, and effective time management; A professional demeanor and appearance; Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks and drug screening; A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and either a minimum age of 21 or at least three years of driving experience; A high school diploma or equivalent education is required
