Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months of office experience; bilingual in English and Spanish; excellent customer service skills; ability to work well with others and be a team player; ability to maintain a fast pace under stressful circumstances and multi-task; excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills; organized with attention to detail; proficient with Microsoft Office applications; committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of clients and the Firm
