Position: Receptionist job
About: The Receptionist will provide receptionist and concierge services for clients at their site’s Conference Center. Work closely with the client’s staff to assist with front office and concierge services by providing “White Glove” customer services for all visitors, client meetings and events at the client’s Conference Center. Will accurately communicate with client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines, and challenges.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Minimum of 2 years work experience, preferably in conference services, hospitality, reception desk, and front office services; The hours are Monday to Thursday, 10 am to 6:30 pm and on Fridays, it will be a 9 am or earlier start; Ability to lead others in a professional manner; Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaints; Ability to multitask with attention to detail; Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater; Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time
