Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and comprehend English; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred; proficient in using office equipment and computer applications; empathy and understanding towards the needs of residents and their families
