About: Epiq, a company providing White Glove level reception and concierge support to clients in downtown Minneapolis, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; minimum of 1 year work experience as a Receptionist; previous experience in a client service field preferred; ability to multitask with attention to detail; ability to handle complaints with professionalism, patience, and diplomacy; working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater; ability to grasp, lift, or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 50 lbs; ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, or sit for an extended period of time
