Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-4 years of receptionist or customer service experience strongly preferred; knowledge of MS Office Suite preferred; effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required; ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment; ability to adapt to and work effectively in a constantly changing environment; previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred; ability to build rapport with internal and external customers; ability to prioritize and multitask; positive, welcoming, energetic, and professional demeanor; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
