About: Hendrick Luxury Collision Center located at 5141 E. Independence Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina 28212 is seeking a professional and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Phone Operator/Receptionist. The role involves answering incoming calls, greeting customers, and directing them to the appropriate departments within the dealership showroom or service area.
Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a GED or High School Diploma; up to 3 years of customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume setting desired; possess a valid Driver’s License; demonstrate basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products; and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
