Position: Receptionist job
About: ReDiscover, a non-profit community mental health center in southeastern Jackson County, Missouri, is seeking a Receptionist to join their Women & Children Program team. The organization has a mission of delivering efficient and cost-effective treatment for individuals affected by mental illness or substance use.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; One to Two years of progressively responsible experience; Previous experience handling a large volume of incoming calls as a receptionist preferred; Must possess strong customer service skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills; Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word, Excel programs, and GSuite
