Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus; minimum of 2 years of front desk or receptionist experience; excellent customer service and communication skills; strong organizational and time management skills; multi-tasking ability and attention to detail; proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office equipment; ability to work independently and as part of a team; must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
