Position: Receptionist job
About: The Tulsa Receptionist is responsible for providing front desk support services to the Tulsa office, liaising and maintaining strong, effective communications with internal and external individuals and various organizations. The role requires exceptional communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
Requirements: Three to five years of reception and office support services; high school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience processing invoices (preferred experience in Oracle Financial Cloud); strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work harmoniously in a team setting; ability to prioritize daily work schedule and function with minimum supervision; strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work; ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events; must be able to work on confidential and sensitive tasks and projects and always maintain high confidentiality; proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to work overtime and adjust work schedule with minimum notice; able to lift 25 pounds to move files and retrieve information; regular and reliable attendance
