Requirements: Three to five years of reception and office support services; high school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience processing invoices (preferred experience in Oracle Financial Cloud); strong interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize work and function with minimal supervision; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to lift 25 pounds; regular and reliable attendance
