About: Temporary Position: This is a temporary receptionist position in Downtown Denver with the possibility of becoming permanent. The role requires full onsite presence, with parking provided.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment; knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); excellent telephone etiquette; professional demeanor and appearance; ability to provide exemplary service to clients and coworkers; excellent verbal and written communication skills; well-organized with strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; flexibility in accepting process changes, variable work volume, and new ideas; team player with the ability to work with diverse personalities; knowledge of Concur a plus.
