About: As the welcoming face of Greater Omaha Packing, this position is crucial in ensuring that each person is greeted with a smile and a positive attitude. Responsibilities include receptionist duties, assisting with mailroom and shipping tasks, and various administrative duties as assigned. The role requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in an office or related setting, with strong attention to detail and self-motivation. The applicant must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, with bilingual skills preferred. The ability to use computers and standard industry programs is necessary, along with a willingness to learn new software. Physical demands include sitting, manual dexterity, lifting up to 10 pounds, and specific vision abilities.
