Requirements: Minimum of two years of related receptionist/administrative experience; recent graduate with a degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred; reliable, self-motivated, and well-organized; strong learning agility; excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality; intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); willingness to learn to use common office equipment
