Position: Receptionist/HR Admin
About: Thrive Freeze Dry, a rapidly growing manufacturer of freeze dry products, is seeking a Receptionist/HR Admin to join their team. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this position involves greeting, assisting, providing direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization, and supporting Human Resources.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within an HR context; Bi-Lingual, Spanish/English, preferred; exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills; strong organizational skills, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, customer service-oriented mindset, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
