Position: Receptionist (H) – Lennar
About: Greets visitors to the department and directs them to their requested destination. Answers incoming calls and places outgoing calls in a timely and efficient manner, providing exceptional customer service. Assists with general administrative tasks such as sorting mail and maintaining a tidy reception area. Places orders for department supplies and adheres to University policies.
Requirements: Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes: General knowledge of office procedures, effective communication skills, ability to follow instructions, willingness to work evenings and weekends
