Position: Receptionist/Eligibility Technician
About: East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is hiring for a full-time Eligibility Technician/Receptionist for the LIHEAP/Safety Net department at the Riverside, RI location. The position involves assisting potential LIHEAP clients through assessment, intake, data entry, and providing basic information and referral, as well as shared coverage of the Family Center Reception Area and participation in coverage rotation for EBCAP Family Centers and food pantries.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; work independently and as a team player; handle confidential information in a professional manner; must have basic computer and customer service skills; comfortable serving families of diverse social and economic backgrounds; knowledge of resources within catchment area
