Position: Receptionist/Eligibility Technician
About: East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is hiring for a full-time Eligibility Technician/Receptionist for the LIHEAP/Safety Net department in Riverside, RI. The position involves assisting potential LIHEAP clients through assessment, intake, data entry, providing basic information and referral, and shared coverage of the Family Center Reception Area.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; work independently and as a team player; handle confidential information in a professional manner; must have basic computer and customer service skills; comfortable serving families of diverse social and economic backgrounds; knowledge of resources within catchment area
