About: The Receptionist/Data Validation Clerk is an exciting role at CalPortland Executive Office that involves being the first friendly face to greet employees and visitors, mail sorting, stocking office kitchen areas, supporting the Purchasing Department, and providing outstanding customer service.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED, Associates Degree Preferred; Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and go the extra mile; Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills; Physical requirements: lift up to 25 lbs., walking up and down stairs; standing and sitting for long periods of time; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Knowledge of SAP preferred but not required
