Position: Receptionist – Chicago, IL

Requirements: Relevant degree preferred; No experience required; Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required; Previous experience in a reception role preferred; Previous Hospitality or Office support service experience preferred; Ability to always maintain a professional demeanor and polished appearance; Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and exercise sound judgment and discretion; Knowledge of/or the ability to learn Workday, Adobe Reader, Eden hotel software; Knowledge of/or the ability to learn Remedy Force ticket software application; Able to successfully certify in AED/CPR Training; Possess strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively, and collaborate with all levels of the organization; Strong organizational skills, diligence, and the ability to multitask; Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM (cst)
