Position: Receptionist/Cashier-Pools
About: The City of Boise is seeking a Receptionist/Cashier for their Pools department. This temporary position is responsible for greeting pool customers, issuing swim passes, and collecting pool user fees during the summer season at one of Boise Parks and Recreation outdoor facilities.
Requirements: Six months of cashiering experience; ability to deal with the public, coworkers, and supervisors in a friendly manner; perform basic mathematical calculations; operate a Point of Sale system; exercise independent judgment; display cooperation and work harmoniously with others; communicate effectively in English; understand and comply with rules and regulations; maintain regular attendance; knowledge of customer service techniques and cash handling procedures.
