Position: Receptionist
About: Brodson Construction, Inc. is a boutique construction company with over 30 years of experience in general contracting and construction management in the high-end commercial, residential, hospitality, and retail arenas. The Receptionist is a crucial member of the Brodson team and the first person every employee, client, vendor, and guest interacts with upon entering our office. Responsible for greeting guests, ensuring a comfortable and professional working environment, directing incoming phone and foot traffic, and assisting the Office Manager in facilities and vendor relationship management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is preferable; 5 years of proven relevant work experience; Software knowledge – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat; Tech / IT savvy (must); English fluency (reading, writing, and verbal communication); Superior writing ability; Hyper-detailed; Extremely organized; Collaboration skills; Decision making; Leadership; Communication proficiency; Ethical conduct; Problem-solving; Thoroughness; Time management; Type, answer phones, lift up to 40 lbs., and sit for extended periods of time
