Position: Receptionist – Annenberg
About: The People Concern is an organization dedicated to empowering the most vulnerable individuals to rebuild their lives. Formed in 2016 from a merger of two trusted social service organizations, OPCC and Lamp Community, The People Concern provides a comprehensive system of care tailored to the unique needs of homeless individuals, survivors of domestic violence, challenged youth, and others in need. With a focus on evidence-based solutions, the organization offers services including outreach, housing, healthcare, substance abuse assistance, and life skills programs.
Requirements: High School or GED degree; Ability to lift at least 35 lbs; Criminal background check clearance and current TB test; 1 year of experience in a responsible receptionist position; Knowledge of telephone systems and customer service skills; Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
