Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
About: At BMO Financial Group, we are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to work on the executive floor providing administrative support at our Chicago BMO Tower office. This role involves being the first point of contact for the Executive suite, coordinating events, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
Requirements: Post-secondary degree in a related field of study desirable; 3-5 years of experience in an administrative/professional support function; good verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, collaboration and team skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
