Position: Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
About: BMO Financial Group, located in the Chicago BMO Tower office on S Canal Street, is seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to provide executive floor support and serve as the first point of contact for the Executive suite. This role involves working Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm CT.
Requirements: Post-secondary degree in a related field desirable; 3-5 years of experience in an administrative/professional support function; good verbal and written communication, organization, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
