Requirements: High school diploma or GED with 1 year of experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area; strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; superb time management skills; ability to maintain a flexible work schedule; ability to understand guests’ service needs & requests; prioritize and organize work assignments; comply with physical demands as outlined below; ability to support all co-workers to reach a common goal and treat them with dignity and respect; maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features and hours of operation; maintain knowledge of New Orleans cultural and city events; ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times; comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
