Position: Reception and Front Desk Concierge
About: The Cleveland Foundation is looking for a Reception and Front Desk Concierge to welcome and provide exceptional service to foundation guests in person, on the phone, and via email. The role involves collaborating with the Real Estate team and security staff to ensure guest safety and apply related policies and procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3-6 years of receptionist experience including switchboard operation and customer service
