Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 4 years of relevant experience in production, manufacturing, supply chain, or related field, including 2 years of leadership experience; demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams; ability to influence staff at all levels; experience in a regulated environment; strong skills in process improvement, communication, and presentation; proven team leadership abilities; data-driven decision-making skills; critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
