Position: R&D Chef
About: HelloFresh, a global food solutions group and the world’s leading meal kit company, is seeking an R&D Chef for Factor, one of its brands. The R&D Chef will be responsible for developing innovative food products and recipes that align with consumer preferences and company goals.
Requirements: Strong culinary and food science background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar R&D role within the food industry; ability to analyze and interpret consumer trends; exceptional project management and communication skills; proficiency in staying current with industry advancements related to food product development
