Position: Ramp Service Agent
About: A Line Service Technician (LST) is a customer service role responsible for providing services for general aviation aircraft, crews, and passengers at a fixed base operation (FBO). The role involves operating ground service equipment and adhering to company policies to ensure efficient and excellent service to customers.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum of 18 years of age; valid state driver’s license; ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, and maintain airport security badge; legally authorized to work in the country of employment; ability to pass color vision test; proficient in computer and email usage; excellent communication skills in English; ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, holidays, and weekends; preferred: 3-6 months experience in aviation or customer service
