Position: Ramp Service Agent
About: A Line Service Technician (LST) is a customer service role responsible for a variety of duties that contribute towards safely providing requested services for general aviation aircraft, crews and passengers at a fixed base operation (FBO). The role involves operating ground service equipment and adhering to company policies to ensure efficient and excellent service to customers and guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Minimum of 18 years of age; A valid state driver’s license, or commercial driver’s license (CDL) as required; Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, and obtain an airport security badge; Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment; Ability to successfully complete training programs; Ability to use a computer for email and training modules; Excellent communication skills in English; Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends; Prior experience or training in aviation or customer service preferred
