Position: Ramp Service Agent
About: A Line Service Technician (LST) at a fixed base operation (FBO) is responsible for providing various services for general aviation aircraft and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves operating ground service equipment and adhering to company policies and procedures to meet customer needs efficiently and safely.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); minimum of 18 years of age; valid state driver’s license; ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and obtain an airport security badge; legally authorized to work in the country of employment; completion of training programs; ability to perform simple arithmetic; flexibility to work various shifts and in different weather conditions; preferred: 3-6 months of experience in aviation or customer service
