Position: Railspur General Manager
About: Urban Villages, Inc., a Denver-based real estate development and property management company focused on timeless design and environmentally responsible practices, is seeking a General Manager for RailSpur, overseeing the operational aspects of the hotel, office spaces, retail, restaurants, and event venues within the RailSpur block to ensure seamless integration and financial success while upholding the brand’s vision.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in mixed-use property management, hospitality, or commercial real estate; proven track record in managing multi-use developments; strong leadership and team management skills; exceptional problem-solving abilities; ability to build relationships with tenants, vendors, and community stakeholders; experience in financial management and lease negotiations; understanding of brand management and guest experience best practices; excellent communication and organizational skills
