Position: Prep Cook
About: Qwick helps hospitality companies fill last-minute staffing needs by getting professionals looking for part-time gigs that fit their schedules.
Requirements:
At least one year of relevant experience; plus skills to take on the following responsibilities:
– Prepare recipes according to the Head Chef, Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager’s instructions
– Communicate with front of house and back of house teams for timely food delivery
– Plate and garnish food orders in accordance with menu specifications
– Set up plating line and assist with additional plating duties
– Assist with food preparation in other kitchen areas as needed
– Adhere to company standards for safe and sanitary food handling and storage
