Position: Line Cook
About: Qwick simplifies the process for hospitality professionals to find part-time gigs that align with their schedules and address last-minute staffing demands. A client is currently looking to hire a Line Cook.
Requirements:
At least one year of cooking experience; plus skills to handle the following tasks:
– Set up, clean, and stock kitchen prep station
– Measure, weigh, cut, and mix ingredients according to recipes
– Prepare food and cook main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
– Plate, arrange, and garnish dishes based on chef’s guidance
– Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils
– Follow food safety standards and regulations to ensure proper operating procedures and hygiene
