About: Queen Miami Beach is an oceanfront dining destination that captures the essence of Miami’s cosmopolitan flair and melds it with a rich culinary heritage.
Requirements: Certified Sommelier or higher certification from a recognized wine education program (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers, Wine & Spirit Education Trust); proven experience as a Sommelier in a high-end restaurant or luxury hospitality setting, with a strong track record of success in wine program development and management; deep knowledge of wine regions, varietals, vintages and wine production techniques, as well as proficiency in wine tasting and evaluation
