Position: Quality Manager Food and Beverage
About: Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in food manufacturing to oversee and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000 certification standards and industry best practices. This role involves leading quality initiatives, optimizing production processes, and driving continuous improvements to uphold the highest food safety and product quality standards. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance in a Food Manufacturing environment; Bachelor’s Degree in a highly related field; Food Safety and QMS expertise; Experience maintaining customer complaint processes and mitigation; Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Project Management best practices; Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Office Suite, and various quality documentation software; Above-average attention to detail; Strong multi-tasking abilities; Above-average ability to communicate orally and in writing; Able to work independently and safely
