Position: Quality Manager – Central Sterile Processing For hospital up to $128,000.00 plus benefits
About: The CSR Quality Manager leads quality, compliance, and education for the client’s CSR department. This role is the primary contact for CSR and high-level disinfection process initiation, compliance adherence, and tracking of quality and auditing activities. It utilizes a strong background in Sterile Processing workflow to develop and maintain a quality assurance program in collaboration with various departments. Responsibilities include process development, education, in-servicing, competency validation, and auditing to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies and procedures in perioperative, procedural, and ambulatory sites.
Requirements: Minimum of seven (7) years Central Sterile Processing experience and 1 year of Certified endoscope reprocessing experience; Minimum of one (1) year of leadership experience; Demonstrated experience in project management and performance improvement; Associates Degree (Business management or healthcare leadership preferred) required, Bachelor’s degree preferred, required within 3 years of Hire; Certified Registered Central Service Technician through HSPA or CBSPD and Certified Endoscope Reprocessor – through HSPA or CBSPD
