Position: Quality Manager
About: A dynamic plastic manufacturer in Thomaston, CT is seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to lead day-to-day quality assurance activities, ensuring the continuous production of high-quality products consistent with established standards and customer specifications.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in quality, engineering, or a related technical discipline; 5+ years of experience in quality management and quality management systems including the use of tools such as FMEA, SPC, root cause analysis, 5S, and other lean Six Sigma methodologies; proven experience in quality within the injection molding industry is a plus; strong knowledge of calibration and metrology; experience in implementing quality systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment; ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively; proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems; certification as a Quality Engineer or Quality Manager is a plus
